Traditional Chinese Medicine,as it is practiced today, is a system of health care more than 5,000 years old. Records of therapeutic practices similar to those used in Chinese medicine have even been found in the tombs of ancient Egypt. This makes it the oldest known system of healthcare in the world! In the United States, acupuncture has been practiced for over 150 years.

Traditional Chinese medicine is comprised of four main components: acupuncture, herbology, tuina massage, and qi gong. Your treatment may be comprised of one or more of these components, depending on your condition. Dietary modifications and therapeutic exercises may also be recommended.
